Begin with freshly cleansed, completely dry skin. Remove all makeup, sunscreen and skincare products before your LED treatment.

Charge the controller and connect it to the device. Position the mask comfortably over your face and secure it using the adjustable straps. Turn on the controller and complete the 10-minute treatment.

Use four times per week for six weeks. After completing the initial treatment series, take a break and use the device only at the earliest signs of a new breakout.

Once your treatment is complete, remove the mask and follow with your hydrating serum and moisturizer. Clean the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
